Established in 1974, Coln Valley has become synonymous with world-class smoked salmon. Over 40 years since its inception, Coln Valley remains devoted to preparing smoked salmon flavours of the future using production methods steeped in the passed. Using replicas of the original London Brick kilns - or ‘London Smokeholes’ - and methods that originate over 200 years ago in the East End of London, Coln Valley continues to produce smoked salmon with a wonderfully mild, smoky flavour. We have built a loyal following amongst food lovers with a longing for smoked salmon ‘as it used to taste’ and we source the highest quality Grade A Salmon, responsibly farmed in the cool, car waters of the Atlantic. We are proud to supply delicatessens, farm shops, retailers, fish shops, hotels, restaurants and caterers up and down the United Kingdom and in recent years our demand for international business has grown too.
