In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your goods please contact us within 12 hours of receiving them.
As the goods are perishable items it is imperative that we have a fast response from you in order to address any problem as quickly and as fairly as possible.
Please keep the product and packaging until you have made contact with us (and do not discard it).
We will require the goods to be returned to our head office and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If it is agreed that the products are unfit for consumption then we will arrange a full refund (including shipping costs) or replacement order.
To return items please contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning goods. Written contact can be addressed to

We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).
You will receive a refund no later than 30 days after Coln Valley’s receipt of returned goods.
If we fail to ship an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.
