How long will my order take to arrive?
If you use the calendar when you order, you can decide exactly when you want your order delivered.

What if no one is home to receive my goods?
The perishable nature of Coln Valleys’ goods means that they need to reach refrigeration as soon as possible. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery then we would advise that you arrange for the products to be sent to an alternative address.

It is important that the goods are not left outside of refrigeration for longer than four hours.

I’d like to send a Coln Valley as a gift. Can I add a gift message?
Yes, there is a section when ordering that enables you to add a gift message.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
No.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
No.

What happens if my goods arrive in a damaged condition?
In the event that your are dissatisfied with the condition of your products then please make a member of our team aware as soon as possible. You can contact them on 01285 740311.

I’d like to send my products overseas. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, international delivery does not apply to our mail order service. We can, however, arrange for the carriage of goods to any country however additional charges would apply. Please contact a member of the team on 01483 740311 for more information.

Can I change my order once it has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the item/s has/have been dispatched.
